New Year... New Routine!

A small change that revived my routine!

For those of you that know me, you know I’m always trying my best to take care of my skin, especially when the seasons change.  I’m lucky that I live in Utah, which is seriously one of the most beautiful places I’ve seen (sometimes I take it for granted), but one of the downsides is the winter.  The air gets so dry, and even though that dry air creates the greatest powder skiing around, it also dries out my skin.

Every winter I fight to keep my skin hydrated and feeling fresh, and that includes my lips.  I’ve tried a several different products and lip balms, but I came back to a tried and true solution...Carmex, Carmex, Carmex!!!  Friends, how did I miss this for so many years!  I am telling you, you need to go pick some up today.

Revive you routine!

I have revived my morning and night routine to make sure my lips stay hydrated through the cold winter months.  This is what I am doing, AND it works!  My new routine is, every night before bed I reach over to my nightstand for my jar of Carmex to make sure my lips stay hydrated while I sleep.  Putting Carmex on is the last thing I do before bed, and the first thing I do when I wake up.  People, it’s a game changer.  I make sure to keep the jar on my nightstand because it’s a constant reminder to always keep my lips hydrated.  This little change makes me so happy before bed and I wake up happy!  It’s the little things and I love how it makes me feel!

Since I’ve been using Carmex, I make sure to have a Carmex Classic Jar everywhere I go.  I seriously have them stashed throughout my house, in my car, and in all of my bags.  It never fails to keep my lips feeling hydrated and soft during the dry winter months, and I’m so grateful that I revitalized my routine to include Carmex!  Honestly, it’s one of the most affordable and easiest changes to my routine I have done, but it’s a game changer!  Try it, you will love it too!
